Apex Design & Construction Ltd. is run and managed by professional craftsmen who assure the high quality that is demanded in today’s society. The directors are time served tradesmen, and offer high class workmanship which ensures that Apex enjoys repeat and referral business within both the private and public sector. Apex was formed in February 1994 and has now grown to a medium sized building contractor taking on further directly employed skilled operatives, all thoroughly interviewed before starting work. Apex prides itself on its ability to provide communication links with its customers, sites and staff. All sites are project managed which means that every client receives a personalised service and we hold all necessary Public and Employers insurances including “All Risks” We would be interested in contracts in the following categories: Period property renovations and refurbishments Extensions & New build projects Works via Architects, Surveyors or other Professional Bodies up to £1,000,000 The main area we cover is West London, although we would be interested in surrounding areas for larger projects.
